La Milongra Negra est une association loi 1901,créée en 2003, à l'initiative de Jacky Dahomay.

- d'accueillir en son sein l'ensemble des tangueros et tangueras en Guadeloupe
- de proposer un programme de manifestations ( stages, soirées dansantes, voyages ...)
